Horizontal OFFSET for Submenu

Please, how to have an horizontal OFFSET position for a submenu? I have a menu bar. Each button of this menu bar has his own submenu. I would like to have an horizontal OFFSET (relative horizontal position to the menu button) position for the submenu block. How to do that, please? If I apply 'block_left' = 105 to my submenu, then all the buttons of my submenu move at this same position relatively to the upper menu buttons. I would not like to have this situation. I would like to move (individually) horizontally and relatively to the upper buttons each submenu. I hoppe I made me understood.
Thank you for help.
