path problems

Great product, works fine when I leave it in the install dir. But, here is the dir structure i need, and even when i change paths i cannot get it to work.
I have a main dir where I store my site, called "SAM"
In SAM I have an index file and I also have a dir called "SCROLLER". within SCROLLER are all of the tigra files. Here is the structure, put a different way.

SAM (dir)
-index.htm(the file that calls the scroller)
SCROLLER(dir)
-s0_data, s1_data, ts_files

I need to change the source of the javascript in the head of index.html to:
src="scroller/ts_files/scroll.js"
and then I need to change the path var in scroll.js to what?
:)
Thanks for the help.
nat

what about this...

Dear Support,

Since we can now call scroller from anywhere. How can the following be done?

for each different page that I call scroller from, I would like to have a different background color. How do I specify a different background colour in scroll0.css or scroll1.css for each page that would load the scroller?

Can it be done like above where we specify different variable path? How is it done?

Regards,
