Frames and Menu
I have my web page in two rows with frames.
I want the menu on the bottom of the top row so it is always present. The bottom row opens the link-
I have the menu there but the drop down part doesnt work.
Is there a way I can do this?

Tigra Menu can't overlap frames borders only Tigra Menu GOLD can. As an alternative I'd advise you to expand submenus upwards.
