I see my menus but others DOn't

I have dl all the files, unzipped them placed them in the website's my directory,
I see my menus but others who have the same computer types do NOT see any of my menus, I am registered, but did I miss something somewhere?
[url removed] does anyone see my menus?
all our computers have the same java internet tools set to view them. but I seem to be the only one who does see them.

in addition

computers are not at the same location, but they are all the same type, Os and memory.

This is weird, after uploading the 2 scripts to my website. one did apear that I did NOT upload. index.html I also have my old index.htm that I use.

really confused here.

Wow the menus work great, and the technical help for these free menus, i sleading us to buy the Higher end menus becasue the services and help we got here was exceptionla. Many thanks to Denis Gritcyuk
