Scrolling through long Menus

One my drop down menus potentially has a lot of entries (30+) as it gets generated on the fly by the underlying application. When this happens, it may stretch off screen. On my previous javascript menu system, this wasn't a problem: you just wheelmoused down the list. But tigra seems to quickly destroy the menu before I can move to the end. Problems with timing? Approach? Any ideas welcome.

Did you get your scrolling worked out?

Trying to find out if Tigra has the scrolling menu level thing worked out,

can you let me know.
