Vertical scroll start/end position

I have text scrolling upwards, with a background image of a pretty box, etc.

Is there a way to set the vertical position where the scrolling starts, and ends? Just my previously mentioned pretty-box-background has the text scrolling beyond its edges.

Is there an easy way to set this, or do i have to chop up my image into borders, and put the scrolly bit in the middle?

And here's an image. I'd like the text to be inside that box, but it scrolls up and out of it.

I can set the border/padding/margin (I can't remember which it was), to push the left across and into the box, but it still scrolls outside it on the vertical.

Just thinking it could save me a bit of time in future if there is an easier way around this than splitting it up into tables.

(i hope the image is visible to you, the council (local government) has delightfully blocked my website).

And for the next question...

Is there a way of setting the page to loop immediately... as in... before it has to scroll all the way off the current section?

It'd be nice if my second page in the scroller came on before the last had to scroll off completely.

The final page I've made today with it is at:

And if you wait long enough, you see the next section starts, but it has to wait for the previous page of scrolling clears the screen completely.

(I'd still like to know about my previous question above, but for now I've split my background image).

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the results.

For your first question answer is no, scrolling items always appear behind the very box bottom or top and disappear behind the opposite side. You're right, the best is to chop up the image into borders.

For the second question, Pro version of the scroller involves this functionality, so you can set intervals between the items appearance.
