radio button and text field validation

I have a store that has 5 payment options. And a text box for a coupon code.

I have a form that has 5 radio buttons that one of them has to be checked.
I do not want the user to be able to enter a coupon code in the text box if 2 of the radio buttons are checked.

I need to figure out how to validate this form and I am stuck. Can this be done using Tigra. How would I do it?
