Adding Text to show up below the Menu

I have created a vertical menu in a frames setting. The menu is working great...however, when I try to add text to appear below the menu, it ends up covered by the menu itself. How do I make the text appear below the menu?

The point is that Tigra Menu is built in layers which are over the main document. That's why it actually doesn't occupy place in the main document. To make text appear visually under the menu you should create the illusion of menu presence in the main document. You should either insert image sized correspondingly to menu root level or extend table cells to this size.
