Solution to icon appears, no calendar popup
If you're seeing the icon and your cursor changed to the pointer onmouseover, but the calendar doesn't pop up, be sure the form name you're
referencing is right!!!
I recently did some updates to a site and the calendar stopped working -- the form name changed...that was the problem.
If I had seen a reminder to check the form name, I could have saved myself nearly 4 hours of looking for conflicting variables, etc.
