calendar code

hello,

i use for some of my websites a content management system called contenido. this cms uses the tigra calendar. but the behavior of this calendar is different to the original version. normally the calendar pops up once, when i pick up a certain date/month /year the pop up window will close automatically.
in my cms the pop up window does not close automatically. so i tried to substitute the function set_datetime from my cms code with the original from calendar.html. but this was not the solution. now it happend that the calendar closes when i picked up a date, but when i changed a month or a year a new pop up opened.
the substitution of the whole javascript code from calendar.html's <head> brought the same result.
maybe i'm looking at the wrong place ...
has anyone an idea how i can find a solution?
do i need to involve the code of the calendar.js files too?
