impossible to add events
Yes, there are already several similar topics but unfortunately no answer was given on it.
Therefore I try it again.
I use the PHP Event Calendar since about one year and it works fine.
Suddenly I cannot add any events anymore. I do not get any error messages, only the just added events do not appear.
I didn't make any modifications in the configuration (there was no need to change anything).
Where do I have to search for a solution?
Perhaps in the permissions? But I did not change anything. In case that my provider had made any changes in the permissions I would need to know where
I must look to talk to my provider.
Or are there any PHP-parameters which could have any impact on the feature "add new event"? (However I did not change anything)?
Many, many thanks for every hint!
Regards

In the meantime I got the solution. Check the permissions of the *.dat files in the folder cl_files/data .
They must be writeable for the owner.
The reason was that my site was moved to another server and the default permissions on the new server were obviously not the same than on the old
server.
Hope that helps.
