Want menu to flush left and top down a little

Anyone know how to tweak any of the file in the menus to get the free menu to move flush left and down from top a little?

This is a small request. Anyone know Java? Thanks

the menu's and submenus position is controlled by block_left and block_top parameters in menu_tpl.js
this doesn't involve any java or javascript skills. see product documentation for more details.
