User Restrictions

Does anyone know how I can limit a user from posting to certain calendars (if i'm running multiple calendars)? Because, I'm using a different calendar, for each topic, I'd like to limit peoples rights, to edit or post, to particular topics/calendars.

Any thoughts, ideas or solutions?
