No background color for menu

I created my menu with the Blue Grades Template and the preview looks great. But when I export my menu, I get no colors, all the rest of the menu is there and seems to work fine, I just have no color. thanks.

I copied the Menu.js, menu_tpl.js and menu.css files from demo1 to my project folder and got the background to show up, but the location on the page also changed. I have to move all three of the files for it to change. I wish that I could get the background with the right page location.

This sounds like paths error. Depending on the method you use it's either wrong path to CSS file or to the background image CSS files refers to.

Well, my CSS file doesn't refer to a background image, just a color (unless I change the CSS file) so it would have to be the Wrong path. I have attached a zip of what was made when I exported if that helps.

something removed a lot of punctuation from menu.css (comment signs, colons etc).
re-export that file making sure everything gets saved correctly.
