Control Panel problem

I just installed the version forPHP5.zip. It installed fine, but Control Panel doesn't work. I get the logon screen and enter admin, demo. After that, whatever I click, it takes me back to the logon screen. I can't do anything. help!!!

Please try to install version for PHP5 attached.
