wrap(['EngageSpeaking', 'speaking.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'EngageSpeaking'}]),
wrap(['EngageAdvice', 'advice.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'EngageAdvice'},
['MotherSonAdvice column', 'motherson.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'MotherSonAdvice column'}],
['RaceRelations Advice', 'relations.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'RaceRelations Advice'}],]),
wrap(['EngageSocialChange', 'socialchange.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'EngageSocialChange'},
['Mask of a Different Color', 'mask.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' :
'Mask of a Different Color'}],]),
wrap(['EngageRace', 'race.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' :
'EngageRace'},
['Race and Ethnic Relations Course', 'ethnic.html', {'tw' : '_self', 'sb' : 'Race and Ethnic Relations Course'}],]),

I don't know what your "wrap" function does, but usually only the text of the item is passed to the wrapper.
Also I don't quite understand what you're trying to achieve.

the code below is what I am using. It all runs on the exact same line. I was trying to keep the code but put some of the links under the others.. I am trying to seperate it at a certain spot to have 5 on Top and 4 on bottom.

If you need two row menu it is easier to implement that with two horizontal menu instances, one under another.
