Will not use you product

I have had nothing but trouble with your calendar. It appears that there is many people that are having problems with your calendar. The installation does not work properly. I had to manually install and configure everything. When I finally did get it installed there was this login loop in the admin area that I could not fix. If this free calendar is an example of the commercial one then I will not be purchasing it or any other software from your company. I spent so much time trying to get this calendar to work I could have built it myself by now. I was trying to save time, but instead I am going to have to spend twice the time. I will not be recommending your calendar or company to anyone .

I'd say not MANY, but MOST people who posted in this forum had or having problems with the calendar. Would you share a happy story in the technical support forum?

Anyway, we're sorry you've experienced difficulties and frustrated with our product. We always look for the ways to improve it and we [would] appreciate your constructive feedback, recommendations or contribution. We help everyone who request help even though PHP Event Calendar is free for most users. If you submit a support ticket providing temporary FTP access to the calendar files, our technician will help you resolve all the issues.

As for not recommending the products or company: if you decided not to use our product then cut your time losses and find something else. Throwing more time in posting angry messages will not get your lost time back. This also wastes our time which we could otherwise use helping users or working on the code.
