Menu in a large frame-based web site
Is there a way to implement this menu into a frames based site without having to add the menu code to every page in the application? We really need
the frame overlapping capability but the site we want to add it to is massive.

Nop, you'll need to add menu to all the pages. Sounds like massive search and replace situation.
