next/prev month buttons

The next month/prev month/next year/prev year buttons don't seem to work on one of our clients' installations. The only thing I can find that's different is that they are running a Linux/Apache web server environment. We have no problem when running on Windows/IIS web servers or even on Windows/Apache installations. Does anyone out there have any clue what the problem might be?

The server software is irrelevant. The calendar runs in the client's browser. Compare the client side code.
If you can't resolve the problem, give the URL of the page with the calendar that doesn't work.
