Menu Builder - "open previously saved data file" - WHAT data file?

Using the menu builder, when I get to the Load step it says...

Your current project is not saved. New data will overwrite all unsaved changes.

To load the project data:
open previously saved data file in any text editor
select and copy all the content of file into the clipboard
paste the clipboard in the text area below
click "Load" button

But where is this "open previously saved data file"? I actually searched my entire hard drive for all files saved today, and none of them look like this data file.

What do I do now?

Help!

Skip this step unless you previously used the menu builder and created the data file in the "save" tab.
