Inserting Calendar into Existing Page

I am having problems inserting the script into my page. I followed the documentation instructions the best I could understand them but when I upload the page and view it in IE there isn't anything there.

I don't do a lot of work with code of any kind b/c I mostly use GoLive and sometimes Dreamweaver.

Can anyone help me with some dumb downed instructions for getting the code in my page.

If you go into templates config with the calendar of your choice, it will show you the code that you need to insert. I've inserted the following

Main Include
Show Current (calendar_name) calendar
Show events list for current (calendar_name) calendar.
