Tigra Menu (Demo 6) Simple Questions??

Hi, i allready have the tigra menu working, all ok, and im loving it :d, but i want to do some changes to the menu letters size , font and etc, but im newbie on javascript and php and i have some question in order to change this. im the menu.css i think its were i can make this changes but i want to know first what it means some parameters on the menu_tlp.js :

'outer': ['m0l0oout', 'm0l0oover'],
'inner': ['m0l0iout', 'm0l0iover']

Whats the meaning for the outer and the inner events?? when are they called??witch one is called and when?
another thing is whats the meaning of the 2 parameters??
['m0l0oout', 'm0l0oover'], or ['m0l0iout', 'm0l0iover']
