Help with styling the look and feel

Hi,

How can I get the menus to look like the ones on the MSDN Newsgroups page:

The closest match we have is http://www.softcomplex.com/products/tigra_menu_gold/demo/xp/
There are may ways to approach that (styles, background images, inner HTML). Download the menu and experiment with it. Configuration service is available at a fee.
