How do I contact SoftComplex Support?
All my emails to contact@softcomplex.com and support@softcomplex.com are both reject, so is my email to my former contact denis. Have not got
response from a ticket logged at the support web site, although it is less than 24 hours.
How do get in touch with support urgently?
The Problem.
We are loading 5 tigra menus which are all located inside table cells. They are loaded as the page opens. The page is however, very intensive on
graphics and under a pre-production environment takes about 30 seconds or more to open a page.
After it painted the Tigra menus and while it is painting the rest of the page, if I place the cursor at the top menu item (which on mouse-over drops
down a list of vertical menus), it crashes with a message that it cannot find the page it is loading!!!
Has anyone come across this problem? Please help.
If we increase the expand_delay to 5 seconds, the mouseover does not drop the sub-menus and the rest of the page paints without crashing. But 5
seconds delay for a dropdown menu is not acceptable.

We've got your ticket. The requests received during weekend are usually processed on Monday.
re.emails: we keep receiving messages at those addresses all the time. what was the server response you've got?
