Menu disappears after second script

The menu has been working great- thankyou!. I just added a second java script which is a slideshow. Now the menu completely disappears in some browser versions. I think the conflict may be the <body onload> of the new script but am not sure which files to edit. Is there a line in menu.js that can be commented out and added to <body onload>? Hope this is clear and thanks in advance.
