Does this run on 64 bit processors?

We have the latest trial installed on a Windows Server 2003, 64 bit processor. When we try and run any demo code page we get the following error:
ActiveX component can't create object

When it is running this line:
Set Zip = Server.CreateObject("SoftComplex.Zip")

We have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it a couple times, restarting IIS, manually registering the sczip.dll in both the System32 and SysWow64 folders. So I guess the questions I have are:
1) Is there something we are overlooking in the install?
2) Is this supported on 64 bit processors?
