Item Scope Settings. New window opens behind first window.

I used the 'tw' : '_blank' setting to open a new window but it opens it behind the first window. How can I get it to stay on top?

I tested that with the randomly picked menu sample from the distribution package and couldn't reproduce the problem. Either we use different versions of the script or there is some other code that affects the behaviour. Please zip the code needed to reproduce the problem and submit it in the support ticket.
