File Extension & Location for Saving Project

I'm a beginner with Tigra Menu. When told to Save the project, I'm asked to cut and paste the configuration content screen into a personal file. What is the required file extension? Is there a restriction on its location?

The project data is basically the text so you can save that as txt file. Later when you need it again you'll be requested to open that file in the text editor and copy the text from it.
