Customize Target

I understand the basic types of targets that can be used but is it possible to use a target that will specify the new window features (i.e. width, height, no scrolling, etc...) And if so, does anyone have an idea of how the code would work?

Define JS function as item's link (the function should be setupped within the target frame). The function could create a popup window with required properties.
