ActiveX controls warning in IE

IE utilizes ActiveX control to create transparency effect. If you use the transparency in your CSS or in menu configuration and your visitor has warnings enabled for ActiveX controls for current network zone then he/she will see the message.

Can you be more specific...please

I am having this issue...and I am not able to fully understand by what you mean by transparency. I would greatly appreciate if you could explain that me in more detail.

Add this to the top ouf your html:

<!doctype html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.0 transitional//en">


Do not change the 2nd line, and it should take care of the problem.

I've tried this rule but i'm still getting the error locally.
I'm not getting it online tho. Can you please help?
