Not displaying 12:00 noon correctly

When I enter an event with an ending time of 12:00 noon it does not display correctly. It displays it as 0:00 instead of 12:00. Can this be fixed?

It has almost been a month and no answer to this problem.

Are we the only 2 people having this problem?

Could someone point me to a function name or code segment that might help me track down this problem?
