Problems in Mozilla/Netscape

The menu works great in IE. When I check it in Mozilla and Netscape, the menu itself functions but the first level links are not appearing (i.e. the 2nd level pops up and I can click on those links when I mouse over where the 1st level should be)

The problem must be in the style sheet? Has anyone else run into this issue?
