Validator doesn't work with nested forms?

I've smthin like that:
Code:

<form name="form1" onsubmit="return v.exec()">
<!-- some validated input fields -->
<form name="form2">
<!-- some not validated input fields -->
</form>
<INPUT type="submit" value="Save" name="save">
</form>
<!-- validator definitions, that covers only form1 fields -->

Now, when I try to "Save" nothing happens! Hitting "Save" button now does nothing. Is there some workaround?

From what I read on the product pages you need to license the PRO version as it supports multiple forms.

Since nested forms are NOT XHTML-compliant, I see no reason for any product to support such a thing.
