Pre-Expanded Menus?

I am wondering if the Tigra Menu (NOT the Tigra Tree Menu) products provide (now or sometime soon) the capability to pre-expand submenus.

One utility I have seen that does this is Dynarch NavBar (see http://www.dynarch.com/demos/NavBar/ for an example).

I've attached an image that shows what a menu "might" look like as a result.

Ultimately, I would like to find a product that does this AND allows multiple menus on a single page.

Any ideas?
