Using the menu on OS9

Anyone have any luck with using this menu on OS 9.2, IE 5.1 ?

The menu tends to "jump" about half a screen down from where it starts, as soon as you click on it.

When a page first loads, it is sometimes where its supposed to be, but other times it *starts* about 1/2 screen down from where it is on all other platforms/browsers.

Any ideas?
