Adding properties

Can any SC folks (or anyone else) point me to where the properties are stored from the control panel when changed? I figured out the format of the file so I could add the properties manually and added fields on the control panel for them, but I had trouble finding where they were stored.

Yeah it varies by the field. I've done some looking around and there are files that get written.

I've also observed that some of the fields don't save the new changes so you are forced to make ur changes in the files themselves.
