Menu doesn't appear when my homepage is loaded in a foreign iframe

I have a homepage running perfectly well, and I'm very pleased by tigra menu gold.
But I discovered that another portal have my homepage in an iframe.
The menu does not appear. I checked the menuitems and the template, they are okay.

I get a javascript error at line 1, "object doesn't support this property or method".
I found out that if I remove this code "new menu(MENU_ITEMS, MENU_POS);" i don't get the error (nor the menu off course).
This code is not located at line 1, but in a table (<td> -tag).
Why do I get an error in line 1??
Why are there a difference between the loading the menu in a browser and in the browser in an iframe ??

Thank you in advance, Ralph de Jesus

In the product documentation we describe two ways to initialize the menu, one with the frames and another without frames. You should initialize menu in "frames way" even if you don't plan to configure frames overlapping feature.
