30 calendar pro instances on one form

It may sound a bit weird, but i need to show 30 calendar pro instances on one form.
This works, but page generation time increases from 2 seconds to +- 30 seconds, which is obviously a bit too long.

I tried to postpone the creation of each control until the users clicks the calendar icon, but this doesn't work (error: form[...].element is undefined)

Are there any other solutions ?
