Menu Items not displaying on top of frame

Hi,

I am trying to test Tigra Menu Gold to update my website. When creating the menu on my website I notice that the menu items display below the HTML elements of the page as you can see in the attached picture. The 'Go' button which is from the HTML document shows on the top. Is there a way to make it go down and display the menu items on top? I sent an email to support but didn't get any response and will appreciate your help.
