Overlapping of Menus on Frames

I am using Tigra menu using the frameset.
When I set the 1st frame smaller ,menus appear to disappear.Is there any way to make the menu appear on the 2nd frame.
I mean the one half of the menu on one frame and other half of another frame.

I'm running into the same problem.
I use the menu in the left frame to send pages to the target frame on the right so I don't have to refresh the menu everytime.
To prvent the left frame to become unusable wide, I try to have the lower level menu's appear over the right frame.
