Scandinavian characters

Errors when trying to export and import with scandinavian characters.

After export scand. characters shown incorrectly.

During import with scand. characters (menu_items.js manually edited, inserted åäö...):
isctype.c line 68
Expression: (unsigned)(c + 1) <= 256
