Data control and selecting a record

Hi Softcomplex,

I have 2 problems.
First I tried to add a row programmaticly, but it results in a error. I looked in the tutorials and the help file, but my code seems alright.
Could you please look at the code (see the attachment) and locate the problem

My second question is how I can select a record when I load a page (so select a record by code).

Both problems are urgent to me!
