occasional javascript error on mozilla

I have a mozilla user on my website and he sometimes encounters a javascript error when loading a page with tigra menu on it. This is the javascript error that he *sometimes* receives:

Error: this.TMG[TMW].TMY has no properties
Source File: http://MYSITE/tigra/menu.js
Line: 9

For most of the time everything works OK, but the problem shows up occasionally. What could be the problem?

It looks like you use Tigra Menu GOLD. Please contact us using support system and provide the URL of the page with the menu. We'll take a look and let you know if there is something wrong with it.
