Problem: CSS ignored on some subpages (not all!)

I was trying to solve this myself but didnt make it so I decided to post it here because it might be a general "newbie" problem.

First here is the page I refer to in the following description:

My problem is that on one subpage the format of my submenus seems to be messed up as if the CSS file would be ignored or overloaded by another one (i have not used any other CSS, just the subpage got some internal css stuff but thats the the problem - i removed those lines and it was still messed up).
The problem occurs on the "Pop-Up Systeme" button in the first submenu, all other menus link to a placeholder page (on this page the menu works fine for some reason, on both pages i used the same menu initialisation [copied and pasted from the empty page]).

Hope any of you guys know how to handle this problem, thx for reading.
