extra lines bottom of page

i've got a strange problem. I'm experimenting with Tigra Menu. I've got page with table in it set at a height of 100%. Without Tigra Menu the table fills the page correctly, but with Tigra Menu on top of page I get a few extra lines at bottom of page. These extra lines appear below the table, the bottom of table is corectly at bottom of page. I also implemented the menu on another testsite and there doesn't the problem occur?

Is there any difference in html code of the pages of your testsites (where you experience the problem and where you don't)?
