PHP Event Calendar - Events with \"No Time\" do not show

Events with "No Time" do not show

I can't see them either on the edit page, or the event listing.

As soon as I create an event, and I set it as "No Time" (Such as a birthday) then is seems to save but does not show.

Any ideas?

How do you set the no time feature? I don't recall seeing that.
