Migration from Tigra Menu to Tigra Menu Gold
Regarding Tigra Menu’s built utilizing the “Tigra Menu Builder Win32”. I recently upgraded to Tigra Menu Gold to improve functionality. Is
there a proper protocol for making this migration? Does Menu Gold work seamlessly with the Win32 Menu Builder? If not, what is the best way to
implement Tigra Gold functionality to my existing Tigra Menu’s.
Cheers,
m

Tigra Menu v2.0 and Tigra Menu GOLD are compatible so you can use Win32 Menu Builder to create core configuration for Tigra Menu GOLD. Then you can
configure advanced Tigra Menu GOLD features manually in config files. If you want to use relative positioning feature then remove
'block_left' and 'block_top' from root level configuration in menu_tpl.js

Thanks Admin… Just to clarify, the following “Tigra Menu” JavaScript’s (menu.js, menu_items.js and menu_tpl.js) remain attached in the
existing HTML document, and the “Tigra Menu Gold” JavaScript’s (items.js and template.js) are added (e.g. with: “var TMenu_path_to_files =
‘menu_files/’;” added/defined in the exiting menu.js)?
Please advise!
cheers,
