Menu within Frames

I placed the menu I created with Online Builder in a left frame and it works great. However I need the page to change in the MainFrame instead of the left frame where the menu is located. (I want the menu to always be visible)
How do I do this?

You need to replace default tigra menu with frames compatible version and update menu_items.js accordingly. I believe this question is already answered in this forum.
