Statusbar 'sb' issue with inline frames

I had worked with Y.D. on this earlier this year, but we decided that there was too much work recoding our menus from 2.0 to 2.5.

Now we are revisiting this and working with v2.5 & 2.6a, and as an example...

A single line menu (i.e. selection, link, {'tt':'hint','sb':'status'})

When this menu is displayed in its own page, it works perfectly. When displayed in an inline frame, the 'sb':'status' is lost.

We have a need to reset status because we want to hide our filestructure wherever possible.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

It's not actually a deffect so we don't plan the fix. The menu sets the status of current window. Changing the status bar message of top level window may cause some conflicts with other scripts as well as browser security related issues. You can contact us for customized version of the menu and we'll make the changes to standard version for you.
