Help Please with windows

Either I'm dumb and don't understand your doc's or I'm just not thinking but need help.
I would like to keep all pages (windows) in the same page and not have 1,000 windows open up everytime I click on a submit button. The other is I would like to know how I can use the tool tip. I NEED HELP thanks!

I'm not sure where you could find submit button in Tigra Menu.

If you was thinking about menu items opening new windows on each click then somewhere in your configuration you have target window set to "_blank". changing it to "_self" will resolve the problem -- all links will reuse the same window.
